Well its done and we are now in an apartment in Hopkins. We have been working like crazy to get everything unpacked.

If you'll recall, on the buying end we had one long weekend to find a house, and you were a trooper as we marched from one to another. I have known Joel Hentges for over 27 years. I met him when we purchased land in the city of Shorewood and began building a home. Joel was very familiar with the area, having grown up in the area. Over the years we lived there, we became more and more aware of his capabilities as a Realtor. Almost more importantly, we got to know this caring individual and admired his values.
When it came time to sell our home (after 10 years), there was no doubt in our mind who would best represent us and Joel did a wonderful job pricing and selling the home in a very short order.
When 5 years later we found ourselves with a home in St. Louis Park to sell, we called on a local agent to evaluate the home. This person represented a much larger company than Joel and stated they specailized in the area. When the value came back at 15% less than we anticipated (even with what appeared to be good reason), we again called on Joel. Much to our surprise, he was well educated on the neighborhood and evaluated the home at exactly what we thought, with justification and sold it in record time!
Most recently, we again called on Joel to sell a vacant, nearby land locked parcel in Shorewood. Not only did he sell it, but before attempting to sell it, he spent dozens of hours looking into the feasibility. We easily agreed upon a value and it sold with days! Joel spent an additional 5 months time to make sure all barriers that were put in place, fell apart and the sale closed.
I recently recommended Joel to a friend. He, like me had a wonderful experience and sold his non-typical home quickly, for the price that made sense.
